Small Giants Conference 2023

On May 2 – 4, 2023, Partners Bryan Kelly, Chad Arrington and Tom Cusick attended the Small Giants Summit in Detroit, MI.  The Small Giants Community was born out of the book Small Giants: Companies that Choose to be Great Instead of Big by Bo Burlingham.  The community was co-founded by Bo and Paul Spiegelman to bring the pages’ concepts to life. At the Summit, Bryan, Chad and Tom were able to meet and hear from like-minded business owners who exemplify the traits of a small giant business.  Topics included taking care of employees and customers, giving back to your community, and focusing on succession planning.  They were able to bring back ideas to continue to foster The Kelly Group as a Small Giant in our Harford County community.
