Harford Award Recipient in Service Category

The Harford Award, presented by the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, recognizes and honors businesses or organizations each year that manifest a strong commitment to the Harford County business community. Recipients of this distinguished honor are chosen through a nomination process focused on business growth, increased employment, service to the community, unique and creative business strategies, technology innovation, support of public and private education, and a drive to enhance Harford County’s business climate. There is no fee involved to be included as a nominee. The Award is open to all Harford County businesses.

Bel Air Business of the Year Award

The Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners recognizes outstanding businesses in the community by selecting an annual Bel Air Business of the Year. The award is bestowed upon businesses that have positively impacted the local economy and are actively involved in special projects, events and partnerships throughout the town. A call for nominations is released each August with nomination forms available on the Town’s website. Nominations are reviewed by the Town’s Economic and Community Development Commission, with the winner announced at the annual awards ceremony. There is no fee involved to be included as a nominee.

Bel Air Business of the Year Award, 2014

Bel Air Beautification Award

The Bel Air Beautification Award is awarded by the Appearance and Beautification Committee who acts as an advisory committee to the Board of Town Commissioners on matters pertaining to the appearance and beautification of the town and receive no compensation. The Committee identifies businesses and homes in the town of Bel Air who have made significant structural and overall improvements to a building and vote on the annual award recipient.
