Rick Fletcher Obtains ChFEBC℠ Designation

The Kelly Group is pleased to announce that Rick Fletcher, CFP®, CEPA™ has obtained his designation as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant℠ (ChFEBC℠). He is the third team member—along with Jodi Davis and Charlie Wolpoff—to acquire this designation.

The ChFEBC℠ designation indicates that the financial professional has the prerequisite experience and education requirements and passed an examination indicated knowledge about federal government benefits programs. The certification indicates extensive familiarity with such programs as the Federal Employees Retirement System and the Civil Service Retirement System, as well as the Thrift Savings Plan, Federal Employees Health Benefits, and Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance.

After achieving the certification, the financial professional must take continuing education to keep their designation current.
